MAYHEM GIRLS
Our goal in Breeding the Amazing Labrador Retriever is to create a "versatile lab", one that is, first and foremost, a pet, with all the loveable lab trains. Secondly, we strive for an obedience lab, who is easy to train and willing. Third is a hunting dog- what they were bred to do, with the drive to bring you back that bird. And last, but not least, is a lab that has a "pretty face' and the ability to be competitive in the conformation ring.
Mayhems breeding program currently encompasses 3 generations. Short Curcut is the "grandmother"- the foundation of our lab breeding program, Curcuts daughter CH Electric Curcut CD RAE CGN TDI and now MayhemFarms Electric Spark RN our current breeding bitch.

Curcut is our foundation bitch coming from both conformation and field trial lines, she weighed in at only 65 lbs and 20 1/2 inches tall. Curcut has hunted since she was 6 months old out of an apple box on the front of a quad without any formal training and up until she passed at 13 1/2 years young got excited every time she saw the rifle come out.
Curcut has her Agility title with ACC (Agiltiy Club of Canada) and her Canine Good Neighbor Certificate. She was amazing to handle and loved everyone from babies to adults in typical lab style..tail wagging and tongue out.

Ellie is out of Short Curcut CGN by CH Ravencliffs Beaumark Touch of Class CD WCI JH and is an amazing versitile lab. Ellie finished her conformation championship with 3 Best of Breeds and easily obtained her CD with all High in Classes as well. Ellie finished her Rally Advanced Excellence title as #1 lab in Alberta.
Ellie is easy to train and a joy to be with, she is my cuddle puppy, always willing to please, everyone falls in love with her easy going nature, This temperment made her easily pass her Canine Good Neighbor Certificate as well as her Therapy Dog Certificate. Ellie passes this temperment on to her puppies.
Ellie is now retired from breeding.

Elektra is out of Ellie by AM CH Mar-Moye Low Country Gullah RN JH CD and is our current breeding bitch. She is 63 lbs and 20 inches tall with a beautiful head and coat. This girl is full of enthusiasm for everything she does and tries and constantly carries toys around the household!!
Elektra has been easy to train for her Rally Novice title with a High in Class as well as a Second and Third in Class. She will continue her training for her next Rally levels as well as her Canine Good Neighbor Certificate.
Elektra finished her Championship going Best Of Breed over Specials at AKC at Spruce Meadows in July 2015. See Elektra page for more info.

Syn is out of Elektra by MBISS Can GR CH Am CH Eagertrieves Black Jack and is our next breeding bitch. She is 75 lbs and 20 inches tall with a stunning head and coat. This girl rules the roost in her foster home and they love every minute of it!!!
Syn loves everyone and everything she sees!! Natural ability for retrieving, having caught on to retrieving dead birds in two lessons, we will continue her training as time permits this year.
Syn finished her Canadian Championship at 14 months going Best of Breed over a large group of specials!!

Rowan is out of Elektra and by BIS GCH AM, CAN, BDA CH ShadowGlem Game Point RN, WC and is co-owned and loved by a Suzanne and her family.
Rowan is 65 lbs and 19 inches tall with an amazing coat and a beautiful face, and a drive the rivals everything. She does everything with sheer enthusiasm!!!
Rowan took the show world by storm taking Best Baby Puppy in Specialty Show at just 4 months old at the Labrador Retriever Club of Alberta Specialty in 2016 and just a few months later at 6 months old taking her first points as Best of Breed over Specials and a Best of Opposite over Specials at 7 months old. At just 10 months old she finished her Canadian Championship once again taking Best of Breed over a large group of Specials.
